VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 pkg. hash brown potatoes with onions
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 (16 oz.) can French style green beans
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. dry mustard

Pour enough boiling water over potatoes to cover in 2-quart casserole. Let stand 5 minutes; drain thoroughly. Reserve 1/2 cup of the onions; stir remaining onions and remaining ingredients into potatoes. Cover and microwave on high 5 minutes. Stir. Top with reserved onions. Cover and microwave until hot and bubbly, 4 to 5 minutes. 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
