2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg

Beat real good. Take 1 vanilla wafer cookie and place in the bottom of aluminum foil cup cake wrappers. Pour about 2 tablespoons cheese mixture over cookie. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with a spoon of cherry, blueberry or strawberry pie filling.
