STUFFED PEPPERS 
2 onions, chopped
8 toes garlic, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 eggs
1 lb. ground meat or 1/2 lb. shrimp
4 bell peppers, parboiled

Fry onions and garlic until withered. Add bell pepper and cook until soft. Add shrimp or ground beef. Cook shrimp about 5 minutes; cook ground beef until brown. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add bread crumbs until proper consistency. Take off fire. Add flour and eggs and mix. Stuff peppers. Put bread crumbs on top and pat of butter. Cook 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
