STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. crabmeat
1 lg. onion
1 lg. bell pepper
10-12 bell peppers, lg.
4 cloves garlic
Parsley
1 bunch green onions
1 (8 oz.) can stewed whole tomatoes
Bread crumbs (2-2 1/2 c.)
Salt & pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk

Saute ground beef (drained). Saute above seasoning in 2 tablespoons butter. Peel shrimp (and devein). Chop shrimp and crab meat in blender. Add to seasoning, chop tomatoes. Add until the above ingredients together in a large pot. Add bread crumbs last. Boil pepper until tender. Stuff all the above mixture into peppers. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until golden brown.
