STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 green peppers
2 c. diced, cooked shrimp
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tbsp. onion (chopped)
Dash of hot pepper sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Cut off top of peppers and remove seeds. Pre-cook the peppers in salt water for 5 minutes.

Combine the next 4 ingredients. Add pepper sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

Fill the peppers; place upright in a 6x10x2 inch pan. Pour sauce around peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spoon sauce over peppers and serve.
