CORN BREAD SAGE DRESSING 
3 c. corn bread crumbs, coarse
1 c. light bread crumbs, coarse
2 1/2 to 3 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 med. onions, finely chopped
2 lg. eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning

Saute onions and celery in boiling water until tender then pour over rest of the ingredients. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix well. Bake in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
