CORN FRITTERS 
1 lg. can whole kernel corn, drained
3/4 c. milk
Cap of oil
3 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour

Mix all together until well blended. Drop by teaspoonful into hot grease and fry until brown. Some you will have to turn others will turn themselves.
