BAKED ZITI 
2 lg. cans crushed Italian tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato paste
2 cloves garlic crushed
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. oregano
8 oz. container Ricotta cheese
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
8 oz. box Ziti

SAUCE:

Saute' garlic in olive oil. Add crushed tomatoes and tomato paste. Add oregano and sugar. Simmer 30 minutes. Boil Ziti in salted water 8 minutes. Drain. In lasagna pan, place 2 cups sauce. Mix Ricotta, egg, 1/2 c. mozzarella and 1/2 c. Parmesan until smooth. Add noodles. Stir to mix. Add to pan. Cover with sauce. Top with mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
