CRUSTLESS QUICHE 
2 c. chopped vegetables (onions, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus or another as desired)
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Pinch each of nutmeg and garlic powder
Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Liberally butter a quiche dish. Layer vegetables and Swiss cheese in dish halfway to the top. Lightly beat together eggs cream, salt, pepper, and spices. Pour over vegetables and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and return to oven for 15 minutes more.
