4 med. potatoes
4 tart apples
2 tbsp. butter
2 slices crisp bacon slices, crumbled
Sugar & salt to taste

Cook apples and potatoes. Mash together and add sugar and salt to taste. Fold in bacon. Serve with pork link sausage or pork chops.
