ROUND STEAK DINNER 
2 lb. round steak, cut in serving size
5-6 carrots, cut same as potato size
1/2 c. cooking oil
5-6 potatoes, cut into lg. pieces
1/2 onion, cut into sm. pieces

Season steak to taste and brown in skillet. Add potatoes, carrots and onions to skillet. Cover with water just to the top of the food. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft when fork goes through.
