STEAK & POTATO DINNER 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
1/3 c. flour
4 tbsp. oil
4 - 6 potatoes, peeled and cut in half
1 sm. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce

Dip steak in flour, brown well on both sides in oil. Place meat in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Pour off excess oil, scrape up brown drippings left in pan and add tomato. Arrange potatoes with meat, sprinkle onion, salt and pepper over all and add tomato sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
