GLAZED POUND CAKE 
1 lb. butter
4 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 tbsp. grated orange rind
6 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. mace
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream butter at medium speed for 3 minutes or until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar and orange rind; cream thoroughly. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Gradually add dry ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes.

GLAZE:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 stick butter
2 tsp. rum extract

Boil water, sugar and butter for 3 minutes. Add rum extract and spoon over cool cake.
