BANANA BRUNCH CAKE 
2 1/2 c. any Aunt Jemima pancake mix
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine pancake mix, 3/4 cup brown sugar and cinnamon. Add banana, milk, egg and oil. Mix well. Spread into prepared pan. Combine nuts, 1/4 cup brown sugar and butter. Sprinkle evenly over batter. Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown. 12 servings.
