PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 c. Wesson oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can pumpkin
2/3 c. water
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. raisins

Blend first 4 ingredients, then add dry ingredients alternately with water. Mix in nuts with raisins with hands. Bake in 4 (1 pound) coffee cans for 1 hour.
