PEACH CRINKLE 
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1 tsp. grated lemon rind (opt.)
1 1/4 c. pie crust mix
3/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
butter

Drain peaches and put in buttered 2 quart (7"x11") baking dish. Add lemon rind, if used. Crumble pie crust mix and brown sugar together, mixing well. Put onto peaches and dot liberally with butter. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Serve warm. Serves 6.
