LOW CALORIE WHIPPED CREAM 
1/2 c. non-fat dry milk
3 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. cold water
1/2 c. cold ice water
3 tbsp. sugar or 9 pkgs. nutri-sweet
1 tsp. gelatin
3 tbsp. boiling water

Mix gelatin with cold water. Stir and add boiling water until dissolves. Beat non fat dry milk and ice water in cold bowl on high until peaks form. While still beating, add sugar, oil and gelatin. Place in refrigerator until ready.
