CHINESE PIE 
6 med. potatoes
1 can peas
1 can corn, cream style
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 pepper, green (optional)
1 tbsp. cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook potatoes and mash. Saute onion, peppers and beef in oil. Put cooked meat in a casserole. Add peas them mashed potatoes and cream style corn on top. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 30 minutes.
