OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 c. sugar (brown or white)
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. quick oats

Optional Add-Ins:

1 c. raisins
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. each chocolate chips and peanut butter chips

Cream sugar and butter together. Add eggs and milk. Mix dry ingredients (except oats) together; add to liquid ingredients and mix thoroughly. Stir in oats and any Optional Add-Ins by hand.

Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375°F approximately 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly brown on bottom and no longer shiny on top.

I use less sugar and add Craisins & nuts. Love making these when my grandchildren visit. When they ask for a cookie, I give them these. They love them, and do not know they are good for them.
