HEAVENLY BANANA NUT CAKE 
2 bananas
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 (18 1/2 oz.) box yellow cake mix
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. banana cream instant pudding
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. coconut

Mash bananas; sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine all ingredients, except Cool Whip and coconut, in a large mixing bowl. Mix 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until done. Cool; spread with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut.
