LINGUINE ALA GENE BECKER 
1 sm. bunch fresh broccoli (flowerets only)
1/2 head fresh cauliflower
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 pt. fresh cherry tomatoes
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 stick butter
1 pkg. linguini or spaghetti (cooked)

Saute vegetables in butter and minced garlic cloves until tender but crisp. Drain vegetables and set aside.

Combine linguini and cream in pan used to cook vegetables. Warm but do not boil. Toss linguini and cream mixture with vegetables in large serving bowl and add cheese. Stir until well mixed. Serves 6.
