CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 box Creamettes (2 c.)
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, cut up
1 sm. onion, diced
3 hard boiled eggs, cut up
1 can evaporated milk
1 sm. jar pimento, cut up
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. More chicken may be added and the Creamettes are added uncooked.
