1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. butter, melted
Salt and pepper
2 1/2 lbs. chicken

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use a 9-inch square pan. Pour melted butter in pan. Combine honey, mustard, and lemon juice in a bowl. Put chicken in pan, pour honey mixture over. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, turn chicken and bake another 30 minutes.

NOTE: Could use lemon-flavored honey.
