1/4 c. French's mustard
1/4 c. honey
1 frying chicken
1 c. dry bread crumbs

Stir together mustard and honey. Dip chicken pieces in mustard mixture, then in crumbs. Arrange on greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Turn after 20 minutes.
