CAFE BAVARIAN MINT 
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. instant coffee
1/2 c. powdered non-dairy coffee creamer
2 peppermint hard candies

Put sugar, coffee creamer, coffee, and peppermint candies in electric blender. Cover and process at liquefy until well blended. Use 1 level tablespoon mix with 6 ounces boiling water for each cup; stir well. Makes 14 servings.
