CAFE BAVARIAN MINT 
1/4 c. powdered non-dairy coffee creamer
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. instant coffee
2 tbsp. powdered baking cocoa
2 hard candy peppermints, broken into several pieces

Put all ingredients into blender. Cover and process at a high speed until well blended. Use 1 level tablespoon of mix with 6 ounces of boiling water for each cup. Stir well. If desired, serve with a dollop of whipped cream. For extra mint flavor. Serve each mug with a peppermint stick. 14 servings.
