FRIED PIE CRUST 
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. shortening

Mix and add enough water to moisten. Roll out and cut in saucer-size pieces. Fill with your favorite pie filling. Turn over and moisten inside edge and crimp. Fry in hot oil.
