FRIED PIE CRUST 
1 c. shortening
4 c. flour
1/3 c. powdered milk
1 tsp. salt
1 c. warm water

Mix all ingredients except milk until texture is as of coarse cornmeal. Keep in sealed container in refrigerator until needed.

Add warm water and roll out. Fill with favorite pie filling. Crimp edges with fork. Fry in small amount of oil in hot skillet until brown on both sides.
