FRIED PIE CRUST 
1/2 c. Crisco, melted
3/4 c. water
1 egg

Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Pinch out a little dough roll out on floured board. Put a little pie filling on fold over seal with a fork. Deep fry in hot oil. While warm roll in confectioners' sugar.
