BRUNCH CASSEROLE | |
Approximately 1 loaf sliced bread 1 lb. ground sausage 6 eggs 1 can creamed soup (broccoli or mushroom) 1 c. grated Swiss cheese Layer bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan with bread slices (edges of bread removed). Crumble 1 pound ground sausage, browned and drained, over bread. Layer with 6 eggs (beaten), 1 can soup, 1 cup grated cheese. Top with rolled bread crumbs or croutons. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
