CHICKEN WITH SNOW PEAS 
2 lg. whole chicken breasts
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. sliced mushrooms
7 oz. pkg. frozen snow peas, thawed

Skin and bone chicken breasts. Cut the meat into bite-size strips. Blend soy sauce, sherry, ginger and garlic in a bowl. Add chicken to the mixture and marinate for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a wok or 10 inch fry pan. Add chicken and saute for 5 minutes. Add onions, mushrooms and snow peas and saute until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender. Serve with hot cooked rice.
