ROAST BEEF HASH 
1 c. left over roast beef, cut into chunks
1 pkg. brown gravy mix or make your own
1 1/2 c. potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
1 onion, chopped
1-2 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Biscuits

Boil all ingredients together with a small amount of water until potatoes are tender. Place in 2 quart bake dish and top with biscuits. Bake in 400 degree oven until biscuits are golden brown. Alter ingredients to suit your family.
