ROAST BEEF HASH 
1-1 1/2 c. cooked beef (leftover)
1/4 c. green pepper (chopped)
2/3 c. tomatoes, canned (drained & chopped)
1 c. potatoes (cooked & diced)
1/2 c. onions (chopped)
2-3 tsp. butter
2 c. gravy

Cut beef into small cubes. Saute onions and green pepper to golden brown (10 minutes). Combine all ingredients carefully to keep from breaking potato. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees, to heat and brown.
