CREAM CHEESE COFFEE CAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 lg. pkg. plain crescent rolls
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk

CRUNCH:

1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter (butter)
1/4 c. sugar

Soften cream cheese. Mix cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk well. Spread 1 package of rolls on bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan and pour cheese mixture on top. Spread next package of rolls over cheese mixture. Sprinkle Crunch on top and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 375 degrees for 20 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
