CREAM CHEESE COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk

TOPPING:

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar

Cream butter, cheese, sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add milk alternately with dry ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan. Combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle on top of batter. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
