CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE 
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter or softened butter
2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1/2 c. biscuit mix
Whipped cream as topping

Grease 9-inch pie plate. Put all ingredients except whipped cream into mixer or blender and blend on high for 1 minute. Pour into pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until there is no indentation when pressed in center. Turn off oven and allow pie to remain in oven for at least 1 hour. Refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream.
