CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp. orange liqueur (see note)
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 recipe Italian Meringue
1 c. whipping cream

NOTE: If desired, substitute for the orange juice and liqueur 2 teaspoons vanilla or 2-3 tablespoons rum or coffee liqueur.

Melt chocolate with liqueur and orange juice over very low heat and whisk until smooth. Then whisk into meringue.

Whip cream until stiff and fold into chocolate mixture. Spoon into individual ramekins or stemmed glasses and chill about 1 hour. Makes approximately 5 cups.
