BROCCOLI & CAULIFLOWER SIDE DISH 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, thawed
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen cauliflower, thawed
2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
1 (16 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 9 x 16 inch casserole dish, lay out broccoli and cauliflower evenly. Spread cans of soup into the vegetables, and sprinkle top with Cheddar cheese. Cover with a aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
