A BASKETFUL OF COUNTRY GELATIN SURPRISE | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello 1 c. boiling water 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello 1 c. boiling water 3 oz. cream cheese 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, undrained 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped 1 c. miniature marshmallows 2 tbsp. more chopped pecans Dissolve cherry Jello in boiling water. Stir in cranberry sauce. Pour into 9 x 13 Pyrex dish and chill. Dissolve lemon Jello boiling water, beat together cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add Jello; stir in undrained pineapple; fold in whipping cream and marshmallows. Spread on top of cranberry layer, top with nuts and chill. Serves 12-14. |
