SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 lb. hot pork sausage, ground
2 eggs
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Frozen bread dough, thawed

Brown meat; drain and save grease. Cool meat; flatten bread dough on cookie sheet. Add egg, meat and cheese. Blend with hands and spread on bread dough. Roll up and seal edges. Place down on seam side. Pour 1/2 cup sausage grease on top; bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Good hot or cold.
