BROCCOLI BREAD 
FILLING:

2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli (cooked and drained)
Salt and pepper
Oregano and parsley
Shredded Mozzarella cheese (2 lg. packages)
Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lb. hot sausage
4 to 5 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 pkg. (2 loaves) Rich's frozen bread dough

Cook and drain sausage and garlic cloves. Set aside. Dough: Follow directions on package for thawing. Rise once, punch down dough. Divide each loaf into two. Roll dough into thin oblong. Place filling inside. Turn edges in and roll (like jelly roll). Bake at 350 degrees on a greased cookie sheet (can freeze before baking).

Filling: Mix broccoli and sausage. Add olive oil to moisten, salt, pepper, oregano and parsley to taste. Spread on rolled dough. Sprinkle on 2 large package of Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan.

This is very much like a recipe my Italian uncle used to make. The only difference is that he used sweet italian sausage, broccoli and cauliflower, no garlic.
