BROCCOLI BREAD | |
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 4 eggs 4 oz. Velveeta cheese 1 stick butter 1 (7 1/2 oz.) box frozen broccoli, thawed Melt butter and cheese together. Mix corn bread mix and eggs in a bowl. Add broccoli and mix well. Add melted butter and cheese to mixture; mix well. Bake in a 9"x12" pan, well greased. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Cut into 2" squares and serve hot. "Give us this day our daily bread." |
