ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained
1 jar onions, drained
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise

Cut up the artichoke hearts and onions. Mix in the mayonnaise and cheese and add the artichokes and onions. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees until brown on top.
