WHITE BEAN AND CHICKEN SOUP 
2 cans Great Northern beans (undrained)
1 (16 oz.) jar pico de gallo salsa or 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel with tomatoes and green chilies
1 c. cooked chopped chicken
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Place in crock-pot and cook on high for 3 hours. Note: Cook in saucepan on simmer for about 30 minutes if you cannot wait 3 hours.
