HAMBURGER MARSALLA 
1-1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. white onion
3 cloves garlic
4 oz. mushrooms, canned
1 oz. Marsalla wine
Cooking oil

Saute onions until clear. Do not brown, and remove then saute mushrooms and remove. Cook meat patties, and remove. Wipe pan of any burned meat or vegetable. In a small amount of oil, lightly saute garlic Add back to pan onions, mushrooms and meat and turn up heat. As everything bubbling good add Marsalla wine. Alcohol cooks off few seconds. Serve meat patty with smothered with onion-mushroom-garlic mixture.
