SCALLOP PIE 
1 to 2 lb. scallops
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. bread crumbs
1 stick butter
1/2 pt. heavy cream

Melt butter and mix with crumbs. Grease casserole dish. Layer alternately scallops and crumbs, ending with crumbs. Pour heavy cream over above. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
