JALAPENO POPPER BURGERS
2 lb. ground beef chuck
salt and pepper, to taste
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 medium size jalapeno peppers, sliced
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 tbsp. prepared Ranch dressing (Kraft or HIDDEN VALLEY®)

Mix together ground beef chuck, salt, pepper, shredded cheese, bacon and egg. Divide mixture into four 1/2 pound patties.

Form each patty and place 1 ounce of cream cheese and 1/4 of the jalapeno slices in the center of each and form the patty around the cream cheese and jalapeno slices.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Place on charcoal grill and cook to desired doneness. Flip each burger only once and do not smash the burger with the spatula or the cream will run out.

Serve on onion bun with Ranch dressing.
