TORTILLA ROLL APPETIZERS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, diced
Green onions, diced
Salt
Garlic powder
Flour tortillas
Picante sauce

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, chilies, onions, salt, and garlic powder. Spread on flour tortillas and roll into a tube. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours (or overnight). Just prior to serving, cut rolls into 1-inch sections. Arrange on tray and serve with picante sauce for dipping. Easy and it looks like you really made a fuss!! Serves 6 to 8.
