EASY CHOCOLATE PIE 
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)

Combine flour and cocoa. Mix well. Add sugar and slightly beaten egg yolks; beat well. Stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly. Add butter and vanilla. Stir until thick.

Pour into previously baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream or meringue made of 3 stiff beaten egg whites and 6 tablespoons of sugar. Bake meringue topping in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 12 to 15 minutes.
