HOMEMADE NOODLES 
6 eggs, beaten well
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Flour to make stiff dough, about 5 c.

Mix well. Let rest in bowl for 1/2 hour or so. Then divide dough into 4 pieces and roll each piece as thin as possible or stretch with your hands. Place on a flat surface to let dry several hours. Then roll up and cut thin slices.

Cook as you would other noodles, until done. Melt butter and add a few of the uncooked noodles. Cook over low heat until brown and pour over hot noodles. May be served with fruit if desired.
